Des Moines, Iowa 鈥� November 16, 2021 鈥� 17吃瓜网, a leading provider of insurance solutions serving retail annuity and life customers and institutional clients, announced $1M raised as part of the company鈥檚 annual United Way Campaign. The donation will help United Way of Central Iowa鈥檚 focus of uniting Iowans to foster a thriving community鈥� one that is equitable, engaged and empowered.

17吃瓜网 employees rallied to donate a record total just over $500,000 coupled with a company gift of the same amount for a grand total of $1,000,846 to support the mission and services of United Way of Central Iowa. This was the first time in the company鈥檚 history of conducting the annual campaign to reach the $1M mark and a 25% increase from last year鈥檚 campaign. To date, 17吃瓜网 has raised $3.2M to support United Way.

The 2022 campaign featured an 鈥淥ut of This World鈥� space theme and saw 17吃瓜网 employees gather from across the country to donate and volunteer. A highlight was 17吃瓜网鈥檚 participation in United Way Day of Action with more than 75 employees volunteering at multiple UW agencies such as Bidwell Riverside, Oakridge Neighborhood and Crestview School of Inquiry for READ TO SUCCEED.
